We believe equity begins with transparent and equal pay regardless of gender, relationship, personality or other biases.

We have standardized rates for our employees instead of pay bands. We are transparent about company finances and how individual revenue is accounted.


Equitable Opportunity

We acknowledge traditional consulting workforce practices inhibit the careers of incredibly talented people.

We address these barriers through strategies like remote/hybrid offices, flexible work schedules, fully employer-paid health insurance for exempt employees, and continuing education allowances.


Inclusivity

Diversity without inclusion is diversity wasted. We hire people who value collaborative inquiry and a willingness to listen to data over instincts.
